The Most Boring Place
What could be worse than going to the museum on a Friday after school? Ana knows well, because her dad works at the city’s Natural History Museum, the most boring place for her. As her dad was still busy guiding a last tour, Ana decided to lie down on an 18th-century chair, grumbling to herself: HOW BORING Museums are. Suddenly, a beam of light crosses the floor with a Pigeon standing in it. Ana, curious, runs after it into the next room and finds that where the old Blue Whale’s bones used to be, there is now a live Blue Whale floating in the air! Ana keeps visiting room by room to find other revived settings: prehistoric animals, extinct birds, underwater creatures, a gemstone cavern, and more and more discoveries. In every new room, Ana realises that a Museum is not what she imagined at all, and she discovers that what seems ordinary becomes extraordinary with the correct light.
